How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.  Orders under £50 will incur a £3.95 delivery charge. We can also deliver worldwide for a small delivery fee (shown at checkout).

How long will delivery take?

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Who delivers your parcels?

Depending on the size and weight of your order we will use either Royal Mail, UPS or DPD, and for large or fragile items such as furniture, we will use a private courier.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Amendments to orders can only be made if your order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse.

Can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number which will be live after 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please call us or email us as soon as possible to arrange order amendments or cancellation. We will aim to amend any orders before packing or dispatch. If we have already dispatched the order, then we will have to wait until you return the item(s) back to us for an exchange or refund.

What if my order is delayed, lost, or misrouted?

If your order is delayed, lost, or misrouted, please click here to contact us and we will look into the matter for you. If the delay or loss is beyond your control and not caused by you, we will cover the related costs. For any supplementary costs incurred, the customer is liable.
